So at this point even my doctor is wondering that. not because he was wrong at the estimated delivery but because up until 2 weeks ago I measure right on. then two weeks ago I was measuring 2 weeks bigger than I should be. so to check things out he sent me to get an ultra sound last week. It confirmed the doctor as right. the baby was indead mesuring two weeks bigger than supposed to. Well I went in today and the doctor talked to me because I am retaining water like no other. then he measured me and this time instead of measureing at 34 weeks (like I really am) I measured at 38 weeks. yes he was puzzeled then joked around that I was going to give birth to a football player, then told me I have to go in for another ultrasound on wensday. He then told me as he put it, " Just to keep in mind if the baby is measuring 11 pounds or bigger by delivery I have the option of haveing the baby removed (not the normal way)." I looked at him and said thanx but I really dont want to give birth to a 11 pound baby. Would you? Well I guess I will just wait to see what happens on wensday. By the way any name sugestions are much appriciated by both wade and I.

ReplyDeleteGood luck with the baby. We went throught almost the same thing with Karlie. She was 8 pounds 10 ounces and I said I never want another baby that big again. :) Since odds are too much in our favor for a boy I don't mind passing our boy names onto you, we like Cole, Kayleb, Luke, and Nicholas or Nick.
