What the Hell!

So I was making my important phone calls yesterday (i call them impotant because they arent the fun calls). N-E-Ways so I called to find out why I hadn't recieved a chip card for matthew and a medicaid card for Russell. That is when they informed me that Russell didn't get one and his had ended the end of nov. this is not right in my mind because he is supposed to be covered for a year after his birth. so I asked why he wasn't covered any more and they said they couldn't tell me that I had to call another number. so I spent all afternoon and evening til 6:00 (closing time) trying to get through. no go, just kept getting the same recording that they are having a large call volume and to try again latter. so I got up a little before 7:00 (they open at 7) and started calling. i kept getting the same recording!!!! I finnally got through about 15 after. i was sooooo excited! so I told her why I was calling and she tells me she has nothing to do with that..... What the HELL!!!! are you kidding me! but she trys to look it up for me. she tried and tried but it wouldn't let her into the system so I asked who I needed to call and she gave me another number. well 3 times the charm. I got a hold of someone at this number and he said they had switched to a new system and in the old system he was canceled but in the new system he was fine the just hadn't sent out his card. You have got to be kidding me!!!! I knew that you didn't have to be real smart to work for the government but this was a joke!!! at leats require the people working at these government position know a little about what they are doing. that is all I ask of them. ok maby 2 things
1: know how to do your job and
2: DO YOUR JOB!!!
I dont think that is asking to much. don't sit and pass the buck. when did everyone become so lazy. you get paid to do a job. DO IT!!! you get fired from McDonalds for not doing your job or just not learning it. McDonalds has standards why the crap dosent the goverment. But then again then spend money they dont have and give away our land to another govement. Thats smarts for ya. Maby I WILL MOVE TO SWEEDEN. They have a better school system there any ways. Just a thought......
